Ines
Laars Model and Fashion Agent |
Ines was born the middle child of a large family. As such she often craved attention, and became renowned for trying to grab the spotlight whenever she could. Luckily for her, she was born with stunning features, ensuring that (with men at least) she was often the centre of attention.
It wasn’t long before her beauty, confidence and natural desire for fame and glamour drew her into the world of modelling. At 16 she was showing off the very latest Vendel fashions and by 18 she was working internationally in Montaigne and Vodacce.
Eventually the work began to bore her. Initially, flying to exotic locations and wearing glamorous clothes exited her. However as time went on, they were just part of a job that failed to stretch her intellect in any way. She had a very keen mind for business, and found herself wishing she had stayed with the family working in their various business enterprises. Modelling had come so easily to her that there was no challenge.
Unfortunately, the money was very good, so she kept going but decided to manage herself. She also invested wisely and became rather adept at the financial markets of Théah. Many photographers found the sight of this beautiful woman reading the financial times between shoots a little incongruous. As with most things in her life, Ines rarely did what people expected.
By this time she had made an awful lot of money, in a very short time. As she had managed to market herself so well, other girls began approaching her to manage them as well. Never one to walk from a challenge, Ines readily agreed. She found she enjoyed the business side of things far more interesting, and her experience as a model gave her valuable insight into her client’s needs. While she occasionally modelled for old friends, she effectively retired to become an agent full time.
Now Ines
and her modelling agency have an international reputation. Many girls are queuing
up to join her agency, but Ines already has more models on her books that she
can really manage. She has offices in the main fashion centres in Charouse,
Numa and Kirk, and a small staff in each. However, the agency is beginning to
bore her a little as well. She has begun looking for a new challenge and has
a lot of money to spare. When a friend suggested she run for political office
she laughed it off, and then quietly smiled to herself.
