Mikei's Twenty Questions

1 - What country are you from?
Ussura

2 - How would you physically describe yourself?
Male, of average height and build. He has long, dark, straight hair, always tied back in a simple ponytail. His clothing is practical, nothing fancy, but good quality. He holds himself proudly, with an air of self-confidence.

3 - Do you have any recurring mannerisms?
He is unfailingly polite.

4 - What is your main motivation?
He is trying to get enough money to buy an estate in Ussura.

5 - What is your greatest strength, and weakness?
Strength - practicality. Weakness - practicality - he has no material ties and is unsentimental but he also prefers not to get too close to people (he thinks relationships create complications).

6 - What are your most and least favourite things?
Favourite - Montaigne pastries - he has discovered quite a passion for these but won't allow himself to indulge very often. Least favourite - extravagance.

7 - What is your psychology?
He wastes no emotion. He is calm and cold. Not calculating, just minimalist. This is reflected in his sword-fighting style - little movement but deadly.

8 - What is your single greatest fear?
He fears corruption and the loss of his connection to his homeland. He fears travelling outside Ussura will lead to contamination by the extravagant foreigners.

9 - What are your highest ambitions, and greatest love?
Ambition - to buy an estate and secure his place in Matushka's favour by caring for the land.

10 - What is your opinion of your country?
He is faithful to Matushka and wants to see a prosperous Ussura but the current Gaius worries him.

11 - Do you have any prejudices?
He is prejudiced against Porté sorcerers and disapproves generally of the Montaigne, but won't let those attitudes cause trouble for himself while he's in Montaigne.

12 - Where do your loyalties lie?
Loyalties lie to Matushka and the land.

13 - Are you in love, betrothed or even married?
No relationships.

14 - What is your family like?
He is the second son of a Boyar. He wants to make his father proud of him. He does not resent his brother, Vasily, for inheriting the family estate.

15 - How would your parents describe you?
Parents would describe him as unbending.

16 - Are you a gentleman/woman?
He has a code of honour - politeness.

17 - How religious are you, and which church sect do you follow?
He follows Matushka first and foremost, but also the First Prophet. He thinks the Vaticine Church is misguided and corrupt, but does not hate them entirely.

18 - Are you a member of a guild, gentleman’s club or secret society?
He is a member of the Swordsmen’s Guild.

19 - What do you think of sorcery?
He disapproves of all sorcery not granted by Matushka, but not vehemently.

20 - What advice do you need to hear?
Advice I'd give him - relax and enjoy life more!
